We will publish our fee schedule for our products and services when Rayo  launches. A Truth in Savings Act document will also be published so there is complete and unconditional transparency with all of our fees.  We value our members’ and their hard work, that’s why Rayo is committed to providing a clear fee schedule that encourages your financial prosperity.

Our goal is to eliminate the stress and uncertainty of your move by providing expert relocation advice. We are partnering with the best relocation agencies in the US and extending their service to you. A relocation consultant can answer all your important moving questions via the Rayo chat utility at a time that is convenient to you and not limited to US business hours.

Eligibility requirements are underwritten by our partner institutions.  

We are strategically partnering with financial institutions that can provide the best possible card products to our members. Our commitment when partnering with a credit institution is to streamline the credit approval process for immigrants because building a credit score is essential to your financial success in the U.S. 

When you sign up for a Rayo account, we will ask for personal identification information, and other documents like a valid government issued ID or passport and visa, to verify your identity. Our approval process helps us determine your eligibility for a Rayo account and follows federal banking regulations.

Just remember, eligibility is dependent on the consideration of the specific circumstances regarding your move to the U.S. and the necessary supporting documentation, like your passport and stamped work visa.

We partner with local banks to hold customer deposits. This means that your money is safe and secure in a regulated bank and your deposits are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC.
